SallyBase is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Asst. Brand Manager/Brand Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing brand strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the brand, from market research and competitive analysis to campaign execution and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a strategic problem-solver, and a passionate brand advocate.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Planning:
    • Assist in the development and execution of the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.   
    • Develop and manage the brand's positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
    • Create and manage annual brand plans and budgets.
  • Marketing Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.).
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, creative) and external agencies to ensure campaign success.
    • Develop and manage marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, and advertising materials.
    • Manage and track campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Brand Management & Communication:
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
    • Manage brand assets and guidelines.
    • Monitor and manage online brand reputation and customer feedback.
    • Develop and execute public relations and media outreach strategies.
  • Product Marketing:
    • Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and features.
    • Develop and execute product marketing plans, including product positioning, messaging, and launch campaigns.
    • Create compelling product content and sales collateral.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key brand metrics and KPIs.
    • Provide regular reports on brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage assigned brand budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
    • Track expenses and provide regular budget reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Asst. Brand Manager: 1-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
    • Brand Manager: 3-5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
    • Experience in [Relevant Industry] is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, analytics, CRM).
