Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
Process HR-related paperwork, including employment contracts, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.
Maintain training records and track employee development progress.
Help to create and maintain training materials.
Performance Management:
Assist with the performance review process.
Maintain performance related records.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role (internships or entry-level positions are considered).
Skills:
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
