We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. This role will play a vital part in supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering employee growth and satisfaction.   

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
    • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Assist in resolving employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.   
    • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
    • Process HR-related paperwork, including employment contracts, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development:
    • Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.
    • Maintain training records and track employee development progress.
    • Help to create and maintain training materials.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist with the performance review process.
    • Maintain performance related records.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
    • Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role (internships or entry-level positions are considered).   
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).   
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.   
    • Knowledge of local labor laws.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Experience in [Relevant Industry].
